Federal Workers Fume Over Shutdown, Congress
RICHMOND, Va. – Federal employees returned to work, but their anger over 16 days of government shutdown didn’t subside. Furloughed employees demanded an end to the shutdown that was finally resolved by votes of the U.S. House of Representatives and the U.S. Senate.
